Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using TGA Academy services.

Important: TGA Academy is an educational training platform operated by Tanta Holdings LLC. We are not a staffing agency, employer, or immigration service. Enrollment in any course or program does not guarantee employment or visa eligibility.

1. Service Description

TGA Academy, a service of Tanta Holdings LLC, provides online professional training courses, scenario-based certification exams, and digital credentials for virtual assistants and remote professionals. Our programs are designed to build verifiable readiness credentials for client-facing remote work.

2. Not an Employer or Staffing Agency

TGA Academy is an educational platform only. Completion of any course or certification does not create an employment relationship with Tanta Holdings LLC or any affiliated entity. Certifications are issued by Tanta Global Academy and represent demonstrated competency in a subject area - they do not constitute a job offer, placement guarantee, or visa sponsorship.

3. Exam Policy

Each exam is subject to the following rules:

  • Exam purchases are non-refundable once the exam has been accessed
  • Students are allowed a maximum of 3 attempts per exam
  • A passing score is required to receive a certificate
  • Exams must be completed individually - sharing answers or using unauthorized aids constitutes academic dishonesty and may result in account suspension

4. Academic Integrity

All work submitted must be your own. TGA Academy reserves the right to revoke certificates, suspend accounts, or disqualify submissions found to violate academic integrity policies. Decisions on integrity violations are final.

5. Payments and Refunds

Course enrollment fees and exam purchase fees are collected at the time of purchase via Stripe. Exam fees are non-refundable once the exam is accessed. Course enrollment refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if no course content has been accessed, at TGA Academy's discretion.

6. Certificates

Digital certificates issued by TGA Academy represent successful completion of the specified training program and passing score on the associated exam. Certificates are issued in the name of the registered account holder. Fraudulent completion or misrepresentation of credentials is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TGA Academy's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid for the specific service at issue. TGA Academy is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to employment outcomes or visa decisions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sandoval County, New Mexico.
