RemoteReady Pro

What is RemoteReady Pro?

RemoteReady Pro is a monthly membership ($4.99/mo) that unlocks access to all TGA Academy courses (VA101–VA105), the full Tools library, all product downloads (templates, HTML apps, workbooks, guides), discounted certification exam pricing ($3 vs $5), and priority support.

How do I sign up for Pro?

Click the 'Upgrade to Pro' button in the header, or visit academy.tantaglobal.com/subscribe. Use promo code RREADY for 75% off your first month — that's $1.25 for the first month.

What is the RREADY promo code?

RREADY gives you 75% off your first month of RemoteReady Pro. Enter it at checkout when upgrading. One use per account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel anytime from your account settings or through your payment provider. Your Pro access continues until the end of the billing period with no penalties.

Does Pro work on both mobile and web?

Yes. Your Pro membership is tied to your TGA Academy account. Sign in with the same account on the RemoteReady mobile app and the academy website — access syncs automatically.

Certification Exams

Are certification exams included free with Pro?

No — exams are not free, but Pro members receive a significant discount. Exams are normally $5 each. With an active Pro membership, each exam is $3. You can also purchase any exam individually without a subscription.

What is a TGA certification exam?

Each TGA exam consists of 5 scenario-based written questions and a capstone submission. You have 3 attempts. Exams are graded by our team. Pass and earn a verifiable TGA credential that you can share on LinkedIn or with clients.

How do I purchase an exam?

Navigate to any course page (e.g. /courses/va-exam-1) and click the purchase button. You'll be directed to a secure Stripe checkout. After purchase, your exam access appears in your Dashboard.

Is there a bundle deal?

Yes. The VA Full Certification Bundle gives you access to all 5 VA exams. This is available on the individual exam pages.

How many attempts do I get?

3 attempts per exam. Attempt history is tracked in your Dashboard. Contact support if you have extenuating circumstances.

How long does grading take?

Capstone evaluations are graded within 24-48 hours. You'll receive an email when results are ready, and they'll appear in your Dashboard under Exam Results.

What name will appear on my certificate?

Your certificate displays the exact first and last name on file in your TGA Academy account. Use your full legal name when creating your account — this is the name that will appear on every credential and certification you earn. If you signed up with Google SSO, you will be prompted to confirm your legal name the first time you sign in. Certificates cannot be reissued with a corrected name once they are generated, so please verify your name in Account Settings before completing any course or exam.

Courses & Learning

Are any courses free?

Yes. VA101 (Remote Work Foundations) is free for all students. VA102–VA105 require an active Pro membership. All readiness resources are always free. Course access status is shown on each course page.

How do I track my progress?

Course progress is saved automatically and shown in your Dashboard. The mobile app also shows your completed courses and in-progress items.

Can I switch between mobile and desktop?

Yes. Progress syncs in real time. Start a course on mobile and pick it up in a browser, or vice versa.

What is the VA Certification Program?

The VA Certification Program is our flagship track for virtual assistants. It covers remote work foundations, customer service, communication, sales/marketing support, and Microsoft Office skills — 5 courses and 5 matching certification exams.

Product Library

What is in the product library?

The library contains all Tanta Holdings digital products: VA workbooks, professional templates, standalone HTML tools, field guides, and more. New products are added regularly. Pro members access everything.

Can I download products?

Yes. PDFs and templates download directly. HTML apps open in your browser. All downloads require an active Pro membership.

Are products also available on the mobile app?

The Tools (5 interactive workbooks) are accessible in the mobile app's Tools tab. The full product library is accessible on the website dashboard at academy.tantaglobal.com/dashboard/library.

Are new products added over time?

Yes. We regularly add new products to the library. Pro members get access to everything as it's released.

Account & Technical

Can I sign in with Google?

Yes. Google SSO is available on both the website and the RemoteReady mobile app. Click 'Continue with Google' on the login screen. When you sign in with Google for the first time, you will be prompted to confirm your full legal name — this name will appear on all certificates you earn.

Can I change the name on my account?

You can update your name in Account Settings at any time — but certificates that have already been generated will not be reissued. Make sure your full legal name is correct before you complete any course or certification exam. If you need a certificate reissued due to a name error, contact info@tanta-holdings.com.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click 'Forgot password?' on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Is TGA Academy affiliated with RemoteReady?

Yes — both are operated by Tanta Holdings LLC. Your single TGA Academy account gives you access to both the website and the RemoteReady mobile app.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase for secure authentication and data storage. We do not sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
